Meditation  

in order to live less stressful lives and deepen awareness, we need to find some stillness, when our bodies are still there is a greater potential for us to find stillness and calmness within the mind, so just sitting without moving is a wonderful start to finding inner peace, and awareness.

There are many techniques, to reach a more profound state of mind, however, over the millennia these techniques have been distilled by the great masters. And these are now available to us. There are two main reasons for meditating .The first to become present, and deepen awareness. The second one is to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others this in turn allows us to find more happiness, peace and a fun in our lives!

 

Visualisation 

creates a powerful magnetic force, bringing the things that we desire towards us. We now understand that the mind cannot differentiate between reality and fantasy, this is good news. When we visualise on a desired outcome and we focus on it, we create a powerful force to create change. Visualising assists us in manifesting desired outcomes. It can help us to be successful in business, in relationship, and in creating abundance. It also facilitates a shift in perception to discard the feeling of being a victim of life and to become a co-creator in ones destiny.
